Overall purpose of the job

To handle sales of all confectionery items of the sweet factory and maximize them.

Roles And Duties
Provide efficient customer care to all customers and identify credit worthy customers

Visit new markets and make regular sales follow-up

Provide management with accurate information and market intelligence reports on competing range products. Sale of confectionery products

Issue invoices and delivery notes to customers after delivery of confectionery items

Bank receipted cash/cheques from sake against the invoices and delivery notes

Report any unusual sales happenings and defaulting customers of confectionery items to the Sales Supervisor.

Obtaining the second approval in time for processing the sales

Attaining more than 50% markets share in your territory allotted.

Maintaining the stock ledger manually which should conform to SAP

Radiographer

Brief description:

Overall purpose of the job

Responsible for performing X-ray and ultrasound (USG) examinations in accordance with established protocols, safety standards, and hygiene measures, ensuring patient privacy and contributing to improved health outcomes.

Roles And Duties
Patient Care & Imaging
Perform safe, high-quality radiographic and ultrasound imaging to support diagnosis and treatment.
Prepare patients by explaining procedures, compiling medical history, and ensuring confidentiality.

Radiation & Safety Compliance
Enforce radiation safety protocols, including protective equipment use and safeguarding vulnerable groups (e.g., pregnant women).
Maintain hygiene standards in imaging rooms and equipment.

Equipment & Inventory Management
Conduct routine equipment checks, cleaning, and minor maintenance; report malfunctions promptly.
Manage stock inventory and requisition supplies through the pharmacist.

Brief description:

Overall purpose of the job

To manage, supervise, monitor the performance of subordinate staff, report to the Medical Superintendent the daily administrative activities of the hospital and provide supportive role to other medical staff while providing health care services.

Roles And Duties
Liaise with the projects department to ensure the proper maintenance of infrastructure and logistics of Kakira hospital and the outreach centres.

Oversee the general cleanliness of the Hospital especially the compound, wards, toilets, latrines, kitchen, laundry and Outpatients section.

Identify manpower promotional and training needs of non-medical staff and recommend to the Medical SuperintendentCo-ordinate school health activities.
